"Outstanding broker with smooth integrations for active day traders"
I can't praise TradeStation enough. Setting up an account was a breeze, and it took just a day or two for my deposit to clear so I could start trading. The way it connects with my charting software has been top-notch, though there's still some room for tweaks. I depend on this setup to execute nearly all my trades through TS.
I've reached out to their support team three times—twice via chat and once on the phone—and I gotta say, their customer service is fantastic. They were quick to sort out my problems.
I haven't tried making a withdrawal yet, so I can't speak to that part, but overall, I'm really impressed with TradeStation. As a very active day trader focusing on Futures, it has not only met but also surpassed my expectations.

"This broker is excellent and offers seamless integrations for highly active day traders."
I can't say enough good things about TradeStation. Opening an account was easy and straightforward, and it only took a day or two for the deposit to go through and start trading. The integration with my charting platform has been excellent, although there is room for some improvements. I rely on this integration to place almost all of my trades through TS.
I've also had to contact their support team three times, twice through chat and once over the phone, and I must say their customer service is outstanding. They were quick to resolve my issues.
I haven't had to make a withdrawal yet, so I can't comment on that experience, but overall, I am extremely impressed with TradeStation. As a very active day trader, primarily in Futures, it has met and exceeded my expectations.
"Beware: This site is a total con."
I got duped by this website, which is nothing but a scam and a Ponzi operation. I quickly alerted the authorities, particularly COINREFUNDS ORG, and they took steps to deal with it. Thanks to their help, I managed to get my money back. It's crucial to stay alert and steer clear of these shady sites.

"This review is a complete scam."
back. This website is a complete fraud, running a scam and Ponzi scheme. I promptly reported them to the authorities, specifically COINREFUNDS ORG, who took legal action against them. Thanks to their intervention, I successfully recovered my funds. It's important to be cautious and avoid falling victim to such deceptive websites.

"A Cautionary Tale About TradeStation's Customer Service"
I'm sharing my experience with TradeStation out of sheer frustration and disappointment. I've been a client for three years, and my main problem stems from a $50 'inactivity fee' they slapped on me for not trading from my margin account for a whole year. Sure, this fee is in their Terms and Conditions, which I admit I missed, but it still put my account in the red, even though I never used the margin feature for buying stocks.
As a result, I got bombarded with 'urgent message notifications' from TradeStation that made me feel like I was some kind of irresponsible trader. They even threatened to liquidate $700 worth of stock from my account unless I sorted out the deficit right away, which was pretty alarming for any investor.
These 'margin call' messages were not only aggressive but also misleading. The margin issue was due to that inactivity fee, not my trading habits.
To sort this out, I reached out to my bank about a payment I had wired to TradeStation, which they had inexplicably turned down. My bank confirmed that the payment was settled and only returned after TradeStation's bank rejected it, leaving me in a tough spot through no fault of my own.
Communication with TradeStation felt one-sided. They flooded my inbox with demanding emails but didn’t provide any confirmation or useful feedback. Even after multiple attempts to email them, I was often told to call, even for simple questions. Plus, they seemed unable to stop the automatic notifications reminding me of the same margin deficit, which just made things worse.
TradeStation made me call them to switch my margin account to a cash account, a service I never wanted or used for buying stocks on margin. Despite being on a digital platform that can handle real-time transactions, they insisted it would take 5-7 business days to finish the conversion and required me to call for confirmation. This whole process felt unnecessary and seemed designed to make it hard to pull out from a service that was profiting off me.
After two weeks of persistent follow-ups, I finally managed to get a refund for that $50 'inactivity fee'. But honestly, the whole experience was not user-friendly at all. TradeStation shifted the burden of resolving the issue onto me, bouncing me around different departments without anyone taking clear responsibility. Their customer service was lacking, only handling basic questions and often coming off as unfriendly or even rude.
It seems like TradeStation cares more about sales than customer satisfaction unless you really push them. There are other brokers out there, like Trading212, that provide way better customer service and don’t have TradeStation's hefty fees. Even a past SEC fine against TradeStation in 2022 for issues with customer identity theft prevention shows a troubling pattern of neglecting their clients' needs.
For all these reasons, I strongly advise potential users to think twice before choosing TradeStation's platform. I'm only giving them two stars for their trading platform, which does offer useful data and decent charting. But overall, dealing with TradeStation has been a needlessly stressful ordeal.
There are more reliable and affordable trading platforms, like Freetrade or Trading212, that provide excellent customer service, minimal-to-no fees, and treat their clients with the respect they deserve.

"I just had a chance to check out the amazing services from the Expert Asset Recovery Organization (ORGO)."
Watch out, they can really break your heart! My experience with them was terrible. Honestly, I’d be totally out of cash right now if my headline hadn’t guaranteed that I got my money back.

"Terrible Customer Service Encounter with TradeStation - A Warning Story"
I am writing this review about TradeStation with deep frustration and disappointment. I have been a customer at TS for three years. My main issue arises from a $50 'inactivity fee' that TradeStation charged me for not trading from my margin account for one year. Although this fee is mentioned in their Terms and Conditions, which I admittedly overlooked, it still caused my account to go into deficit, even though I never used the margin feature for stock purchases.
As a result, I received numerous 'urgent message notifications' from TradeStation that made me feel like an irresponsible trader. They even threatened to liquidate $700 worth of stock from my account unless I immediately resolved the deficit, which was alarming for any investor.
These 'margin call' messages were aggressive in tone and inaccurate. The margin used was due to the inactivity fee charged by TradeStation, not my trading practices.
To resolve the issue, I contacted my bank to inquire about a payment I had wired to TradeStation, which they had inexplicably rejected. My bank confirmed that the payment had been settled and returned only after TradeStation's bank rejected it, leaving me in a predicament through no fault of my own.
Communication with TradeStation was one-sided. They bombarded me with demanding emails but failed to provide any confirmation or informative feedback. Despite multiple attempts to email them, I was often directed to make a phone call, even for non-sensitive inquiries. Additionally, TradeStation seemed unable to disable the automatic notifications reminding me of the same margin deficit, further aggravating the situation.
TradeStation forced me to call them to convert my margin account to a cash account, a service I had never wanted or used to buy equities on margin. Despite operating on a digital platform capable of real-time transactions, they insisted it would take 5-7 working days to complete the conversion and required me to call for confirmation. This process felt unnecessary and designed to make it difficult to withdraw from a service that was earning them money.
After persistently contacting them for two weeks, I was finally able to get a refund on the $50 'inactivity fee'. However, the experience was entirely user-unfriendly. TradeStation placed the responsibility of resolving the issue on the customer, bouncing me from one department to another without anyone taking clear responsibility. The customer service was inadequate, only handling basic queries and maintaining an unfriendly, sometimes rude demeanor.
TradeStation seems to prioritize sales over customer satisfaction unless pressured. There are alternative brokers available, such as Trading212, that offer significantly better customer service and do not have TradeStation's daunting fees. Even a past SEC fine against TradeStation in 2022 for customer identity theft prevention deficiencies suggests a persistent disregard for their clients' well-being.
For all these reasons, I urge potential users to carefully consider their options before using TradeStation's platform. I am only giving them two stars for their trading platform, which provides useful data and nice charting. However, overall, dealing with TradeStation has been an unnecessarily stressful process.
There are other more reliable and affordable trading platforms, such as Freetrade or Trading212, that offer superior customer service, minimal-to-no fees, and treat their clients with the respect they deserve.

They are heartbreakers, so be cautious! I had the worst experience with them. I would be completely broke right now if my headline hadn't ensured that I received a refund.
"GloobalPrime: A Service Provider That Stands Out"
Honestly, I couldn't care less about your rating; your company is just plain awful. If it wasn't for the name on my title, I wouldn't have managed to get my funds out.

"*** **CAUTION: Spoilers Ahead!**"
*** **CAUTION! ** **CAUTION! ** **CAUTION! **
I gotta say, I was really let down by this flick. Right from the start, it was obvious that the storyline was gonna be predictable and not very creative. The characters felt flat and didn’t have much depth, which made it tough to feel any connection with them. The dialogue was cringeworthy and seemed forced, lacking any real substance or meaning.
The film's pacing was another big problem. It felt like the story just kept dragging, with scenes that didn’t add anything to the plot.
I’ve got a screenshot of the ERROR message I got, and it clearly shows that the problem is with TradeStation, not me. Sadly, I can’t upload the screenshot here because of some restrictions, but trust me, I’m gonna post it on Google, Yelp, and anywhere else I can because this level of service is just unacceptable.
I was using Thinkorswim but got told to switch to TradeStation for a smoother and cheaper futures trading experience. So, I took the plunge and opened an account with them.
I’ve done a bunch of trades with them and never had any issues until today. Out of the blue, my desktop froze at 1:50 pm. I shut down the platform and reopened it, only to see that my purchasing power was less than what I had transferred. Plus, I couldn’t adjust my stop loss while the platform was frozen. I had to reach out to tech support, and they set up a screenshare with me.
The rep I talked to was super nice and walked me through different screens to show that the platform had indeed been updated, just like I told her. She then told me to uninstall and reinstall the platform. But guess what? The same problem kept happening. I couldn’t make trades because my purchasing power was lower than what I needed. The platform showed a loss of $114, which TradeStation won’t compensate me for, even though it was their platform that failed, not me. If I can’t adjust a stop loss because the platform froze, how is that my fault?
I got transferred to another rep to talk about the lost funds. He said he didn’t see any issue. I went over the whole situation again, and he asked what I wanted from the call. I asked for at least a $100 refund, considering the loss I faced due to the system crashing. He told me they don’t do refunds and mentioned that one of TradeStation's employees had closed my account. What the heck! I had just transferred an extra $1500 on top of my existing funds.
Apparently, the transfers didn’t go through, even though it looked successful on my end. And how can they just close your account without any heads-up, email, or phone call? How is that even allowed? I’m so mad because now my money is stuck with them, and I have to wait to see what happens.
TradeStation should really be embarrassed about their shady business practices.
I’ll update my review once I get a call or if a manager reaches out to explain how they can pull such stunts. If this mess isn’t sorted out, I’ll go back to Thinkorswim, even with their $15k minimum for futures trading.

"If your life matters, you should take off running."
You gotta run for your life! Tradestation has robbed me, locked me out of my account, and taken all my cash. I highly suggest giving Cubareclaim a shot to get back what you’ve lost! Stay super careful, folks.

"Numerous reviews have surfaced about TradeStation..."
I've seen a lot of reviews slamming TradeStation, calling it corrupt and likening it to the mafia of trading platforms. At first, I was skeptical that a company under SEC regulation could act in such a shady manner. But after going through it myself, I really think you should keep your funds safe and far from them. They wiped out my account, taking away £100,000. The last rep I talked to was downright rude. Their strategy for buying power seems to be all about protecting their own losses while boosting their profits, totally ignoring your needs. While looking for a way to resolve my withdrawal issue, I stumbled upon a withdrawal expert named Browa, who had great reviews online.

"I have come across numerous reviews discussing how..."
I have come across numerous reviews criticizing TradeStation for being corrupt and comparing it to the mafia of trading platforms. Initially, I couldn't believe that a corporation regulated by the SEC could engage in such unethical and shady practices. However, after experiencing it firsthand, I strongly advise keeping your money secure and away from their grasp. They managed to deplete my account of £100,000. The last person I spoke to on the phone was extremely unpleasant. Their buying power strategy is designed to minimize their losses and maximize their gains, without considering your interests. In search of the best dispute settlement, I found the contact information for a withdrawal problem expert named Browa, who came highly recommended online.

"Heads up, folks..."
Just wanted to let everyone know that this business is a total scam. They’ll kick you off for no good reason at all. I tried contacting their support, but they completely ignored me for more than a day, which feels really fishy.
I've worked with trustworthy companies like planoff and others before, and I've never had any issues with them.
I really recommend steering clear of this company. It’s a bummer to witness such shady practices, and sadly, there are a few other similar bad businesses we ought to steer clear of.
